Rick is a senior industrial hygienist and hazardous waste specialist with 30 years of industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health compliance and support, training, and management experience. His resume includes hundreds of projects ranging from hazardous waste site assessments to industrial hygiene surveys, asbestos evaluation, abatement and remediation, lead-based paint, and training course development and presentation. Mr. Johnson also serves as an expert witness in industrial hygiene litigation.
Our training program is designed in accordance with the EPA Model Accreditation Plan, the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), requirements under Section 206 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and Utah State Department of Environmental Quality, as applicable.
